Dave was the drummer for D.C. punk bank Mission Impossible. A recent documentary titled Salad Days: A Decade of Punk in Washington, D.C. has added a song from the band to their featured soundtrack.

Most of you know Dave Grohl from the Foo Fighters and/or Nirvana. Allow us to remind you that this amazing musician that plays multiple instruments, has taken part in multiple bands prior.
One of those bands was in the ’80s, he was the drummer for punk band Mission Impossible. The band who recorded a son in 1985 is part of the soundtrack for the upcoming documentary. The doc is about the evolution in the D.C. punk scene from 1980 to 1990.
Salad Days is a documentary by Scott Crawford back in 2014. He is remastering the soundtrack and it is due to release on December 10th.
